The culmination of stress and strain inhibits range of motion and over time decreases the quality of life. With proper and consistent stretch therapy, you can slow down the aging process and grow younger, improving posture, increasing circulation, and becoming free of pain.

Combining Trigger Point Therapy and Stretch I follow specific methods to properly position, stabilize, isolate, and manipulate muscles to gradually increase your range of motion! The goals are to increased function, decrease pain, and therefore increase overall mobility.
